Accusations of Administrative Resources Use in Yerevan Mayoral Election
Tigran Avinyan, the candidate for the Yerevan mayoral elections scheduled for September 17th, has recently faced allegations of utilizing administrative resources for his election campaign. In a video captured at the Nor Nork district of Yerevan, participants were seen responding to questions from activists about their origin and the number of people in attendance.
